Returns and Exchange

• Pre-order products & reserved items are non-refundable
• All items on sale or discounted are non-refundable & exchangeable
• Returns & Exchanges are only accepted within 14 days
• Returns conditions : unused & unworn product, with all labels attached

We reserve the right to refuse late returns and items that are found to be worn or damaged.

In the case of returning the items, for purchases of 100€ and worldwide shipping and returns are free. If the purchase is under that amount, the cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customers and the original shipping costs are not refundable.

We do not resolve lost & returned package issues. Please provide us with a safe shipping destination to avoid those issues.

Returned packages, for not being picked up or after several delivery attemps are non-refundable. Please make sure to check out the provided tracking number after your order
