Returns and Exchange
Once a returned item has been received by our team, you will be notified by email to confirm its arrival.
Following a review of the returned item, we will inform you of the outcome of your refund request.
If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout (credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal).
Refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days.
Please note that while we process refunds, the time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
Pending or Delayed Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, we kindly recommend the following steps:
- Verify your bank account or payment method for any pending transactions
- Contact your credit card provider, as posting times may vary
- Reach out to your bank, as additional processing time may apply

Return Shipping Fees
Return shipments are arranged at the customer’s expense.
A fixed return handling fee applies depending on the destination:
$20 for the United States, £20 for the United Kingdom, and equivalent local rates
for selected European countries. For all other destinations, a flat fee of €20 applies.
Shipping charges incurred at the time of dispatch are not included in the refund.
Pre-Order Items – Important Legal Notice
European Union
For customers within the European Union, pre-order items are subject to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
The withdrawal period begins on the day the customer receives the item.
Please note the following:
Pre-order items are produced in limited quantities
- Returned items must be unused and in original condition
- Refunds may be reduced if the item shows signs of use, wear, or loss of value
- Size exchanges are preferred, subject to availability
Condition & Tags
Returned items must be in original, unworn condition, with all original tags attached, including hang-tags, pocket tags, and labels.
If an item shows signs of use or if original tags have been removed, a deduction reflecting the loss of value may be applied, in accordance with EU consumer regulations.
Items that cannot be resold as new due to use, wear, or missing tags may not qualify for a refund.
Outside the European Union
For customers outside the European Union, pre-order items are considered final sale, except in the case of a manufacturing defect, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.

US and UK customers – taxes & import fees
For customers in the United States and the United Kingdom, taxes and import duties are included in the product price.
These charges are non-refundable in the event of a return.
Only the product value excluding taxes and import fees will be refunded.
General Terms & Conditions
By placing an order, customers enter into a commercial relationship with PARADIGME and agree to accept delivery of the ordered items.
If a parcel cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the customer, including but not limited to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Incorrect or missing phone number
- Absence of the recipient
- Refusal to complete customs clearance for non-EU orders
- Refusal to accept the parcel
the order will be returned to PARADIGME at the customer’s expense.
These expenses may include:
- Shipping costs
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
Such costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.
To remain eligible for a refund, customers must cooperate and respond to any return-related requests within 14 days.
