All shipments are entrusted to FedEx or to a shipping carrier selected at checkout,
ensuring a secure, reliable, and fully trackable delivery experience worldwide.
1. Order Preparation
Orders are typically prepared within 3–5 business days prior to dispatch.
During periods of exceptionally high demand — including seasonal promotions or special releases — preparation times may be extended. In such cases, fulfillment may require up to two weeks. We appreciate your understanding during these peak periods.
2. Shipping & Tracking
Once your order has been prepared and entrusted to the selected carrier,
you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.
3. Customs & Import Duties
For deliveries outside the European Union, local customs authorities may apply import duties, taxes, or handling fees. These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in our prices.
Any such fees remain the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery.
4. Pre-Order Items
Items marked as Pre-Order are produced on a made-to-order basis. Production and preparation typically require approximately 30–60 business days prior to dispatch. Please note that timelines may vary depending on manufacturing conditions.
When an order includes both pre-order and ready-to-ship items, the order may be dispatched together once all items are available.
Customers who wish to receive ready-to-ship items separately are invited to place separate orders.
